June 9, 2009 - The Epiphany School of Charlotte Announces Opening of The Epiphany Summer Camp for Special Needs Students
CHARLOTTE, NC - The Epiphany School of Charlotte is offering a Summer Camp celebrating children with learning differences.
The Epiphany Summer Camp focuses on the unique needs of children ages 10-14 with academic and/or social difficulties. Through fun experiential activities, children build upon their natural strengths to enhance communication, problem-solving and social skills and increase self-confidence in a safe, educational and recreational atmosphere. Qualified, caring and experienced instructors guide and support children in a small group setting tailored to meet each child’s unique needs.
Located on the beautiful 40 acre campus of Thompson Child & Family Focus, 6800 St Peter’s Lane, Matthews, NC, The Epiphany Summer Camp provides students use of athletic fields, gym, chapel, playground, low ropes course, walking paths and more. The Camp is held 5 days a week from 9 am to 1 pm for the weeks of June 15-19, June 22-26, July 20-24 and July 27-31, 2009. The cost is $350 per week. Space is limited and offered on a first come basis.
